Katie grew up in Lakefield, Ontario, a small village outside of Peterborough. Her dad took the job as the Headmaster of Lakefield College School (a small private school just outside of Peterborough) in 1985. This gave Katie the opportunity to attend Lakefield College from 1995 to 2000. After high school, Katie attended Queen's University and completed her Honours degree in Sociology. While at school, Katie worked as a student manager running the window cleaning business, Action Window Cleaners. Katie was inducted into the Action Windows Hall of fame, as she was one of the top three student producers in Canada. It was through this position that Katie developed her marketing and business skills and gained a greater understanding of the city of Kingston. After graduating, Katie's love for Kingston and passion for business landed her in Real Estate.
Katie has thoroughly enjoyed her Real Estate Career in Kingston, since obtaining her licence in 2004. She achieved the President's Gold Award (top 5%-10% in Canada) every full year she was with Royal LePage. Katie joined Re/Max Realty Concepts in 2008, and is a member of the 100% Award Club.
Katie has been active in sports throughout her life and Figure Skated competitively for 10 years. Her competitive sports background and love for business and people enable her to thoroughly love her career as a Real Estate Agent. She really enjoys the new people she meets and assists, and makes happy in their new homes! Katie's energy, enthusiasm, care and compassion for people enable her to create lasting relationships with her clients.
